What is a Context Unit?+
A Context Unit (CU) is one refinement operation on a token window — compression, deduplication, or restructuring. Most prompts cost between 1 and 5 CUs depending on length and complexity.
Does ContextAPI work with any LLM provider?+
Yes. ContextAPI sits in front of any provider — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, open-source models, your own deployment. Same endpoint, smaller bill.
Do unused credits rollover to the next month?+
No — credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Any unused free or promo credits expire at the end of the month.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise plans also support ACH and wire transfer with annual contracts.
Can I change my plan in the middle of a billing cycle?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
