Do unused credits rollover to the next month?+
No — credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Any unused free or promo credits expire at the end of the month.
What payment methods do you accept?+
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Enterprise plans also support ACH and wire transfer with annual contracts.
Can I change my plan in the middle of a billing cycle?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I exceed my plan's usage limits?+
Usage above your included credits is billed automatically at the listed per-unit rates. You can set hard spend caps in your dashboard.
Can I export my data if I decide to leave?+
Always. Full data export is available from the dashboard at any time, no questions asked.
